This website

ginomolinari.com is a static gallery of our designs. It has no user accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data (IP address, browser and pages requested) in its server logs to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Buying a shirt

Our shirts are sold on TeePublic. When you follow a link to buy, you leave this site and TeePublic's privacy policy applies to your order and payment. We never receive your payment details.

Email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Social media and our publishing app

We publish our own designs to our brand accounts on Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook through their official APIs. Our app only accesses our own brand accounts, to create posts and read our own boards and posts. It does not collect, store or share data about other users of those platforms. Access tokens are kept on our own server and used only for this purpose. Your activity on those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with anyone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for portability, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
